We obtain personal information about you in connection with your client creation at CPH Crypto (CPH) as well as your further client relationship with CPH.

Your personal information is primarily used to comply with applicable legislation. 

CPH also processes your information when necessary in order to attend to a legitimate interest.

Who has access to your information?
CPH registers and uses your personal information in connection with our delivery of financial services including access to the trading platform, trading, services and products.

CPH passes on your personal information to public authorities to the extent required by law.

In connection with IT development, client verification, transaction reporting, hosting and support, trading and order executing, personal information is transferred to data processors. CPH has entered into data processing agreements with all these recipients of your personal information.

Your personal information is stored securely and confidentially.

For how long do we keep your information?
CPH keeps your information as long as necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was gathered, processed and/or stored. In normal circumstances, personal information will be deleted five years after the discontinuation of the business connection.
